The Human Resources committee is comprised of William K. Hall (Chairperson), Ann M. Drake, Robert S. Hamada, Patrick J. Herbert.

Audit

The Audit committee is comprised of Brian P. Anderson (Chairperson), Thomas A. Donahoe, Terrence J. Keating, Pamela Forbes Lieberman.  The Board has determined that each of the members of the Audit Committee qualifies as an “audit committee financial expert” as defined under the rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  The Board has also determined that although Mr. Anderson currently sits on the audit committees of more than three public companies, these relationships do not impair his ability to serve effectively on A.M. Castle’s Audit Committee.
